Provide technical expertise to our Hotel Care Agents; Detect, from monitoring events, customer impacting problems in hotel networks, data centers and services and bring them to resolution; Provide methodical, timely and rigorous analysis and problem solving; Ensure quality of troubleshooting before requesting on-site intervention; Support of on-site technicians in their interventions; Responsible for incident reporting, including post-Morten analysis; Organize quality checks and ensure corrective measures are implemented when needed; Validate and Ensure quality of new sites, for monitoring and technical specifications; Continuous improvement of processes and documentation; Perform on-call and emergency tasks as required; Participate in shift-duty as per established planning.
- 12 - 24 months experience in network operations.
- 2 years’ experience in network management.

- Strong technology background
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer Oriented Competencies / Specific personal & job-related demands: TCP/IP
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- CCNA preferred
- UNIX/Linux knowledge is a plus
