Technical Requirements: 2+ years experience in Service Desk position on an international environment; Strong technical background, both in software as in end user hardware; Experience in Mac and/or Windows configurations; Experience in Google Suite, Atlassian products; Experience in conferencing technologies (plus); Fluent in English. Behavioral profile: Good attention to detail; Ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively.
