Your Main Activities Are

    Develop comprehensive and compelling content (BNP Paribas Portugal’s Website for Institutional stakeholders, press (e.g. news releases, talking points, Q&As, etc) and recruitment purposes, ensuring that the right corporate story, voice and messaging is applied Supervise relevant social media tacking, clipping and measurements Actively raise awareness and develop BNP Paribas’ brand and reputation whilst protecting it, through effective communication to key external audiences: media, clients, prospects, partners and applicants Plan content development, layout and production for internal communication tools (intranet, newsletters, mass mailing, etc.) Support the organization of a large scope of internal events, serving both teambuilding and business purposes Being the SPOC for relevant internal departments, with very specific communication needs, and manage content, calendar and specific needs in order to comply with a broader communication plan Manage expenses and update invoice control document Coordinate the internal Manager’s Communities (e.g. set common goals, share best practices, organize events, etc.)

    Profile and Skills to Success

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, Business, Banking & Finance or Economics At least two to three years of relevant marketing and/or communications experience Fluency in English is mandatory Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills Ability to lay various content (email, newsletter, brochures, press releases) to successfully convey marketing messages Good knowledge of Marketing analytics to be able monitor campaigns efficiency, contribute to data analysis, and produce support presentations Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs applicable to position and achievement of goals Motivation to work on an international environment Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills Team player who collaborates with ease and creative energy, self-motivated, curious Proactive attitude

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, Business, Banking & Finance or Economics

    At least two to three years of relevant marketing and/or communications experience

    Fluency in English is mandatory

    Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills

    Ability to lay various content (email, newsletter, brochures, press releases) to successfully convey marketing messages

    Good knowledge of Marketing analytics to be able monitor campaigns efficiency, contribute to data analysis, and produce support presentations

    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs applicable to position and achievement of goals
